Mandate

Take custody and exercise proper management of the funds of the Local Government Unit concerned; take charge of the disbursement of all Local Government funds entrusted to him by law; inspect private commercial and industrial establishment in relation to the implementation of tax ordinances and maintain and update the tax information system of the Local Government Unit

Mission

To generate revenues thru efficient collection of taxes, fees and charges accruing to the local government in accordance with the existing laws and ordinances, and to take custody and exercise proper management of funds of the municipality in order to sustain and maintain the financial needs of municipality and its development as well
